Youth Training

MPF’s Youth Foundation Strength Training Program is one that best fits the demands of your specific sport. This program gives the athlete a comprehensive training approach in the developmental stages of sport to help transition safely to prepare for the demands of full contact sports. The athlete will be educated on training safety and the importance of a complete program.We will design a  strength and performance program tailored specifically for each individual goal. Here is just a sample of the sports we have been involved with: football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, soccer, rugby, water polo, golf, track and field, and tennis.
