Welcome! If you are preparing for the NFL Combine or College Pro-Day, then MPF Training Systems Strength and Performance would like to invite you to join our 2017 NFL Combine Prep Program. We have an excellent 8000+ sq. ft. indoor training facility located in Garden Grove, Ca.

You’ll be training in a small group setting as well as individually. While the techniques and drills we do might be the same, no two athletes are alike. Therefore, we look at you as individual athletes and train you based on perfecting your strengths and improving your weaknesses.

The coaching cues and feedback we give to you will make a difference in your performance. We help you be your best and push you to reach your full athletic potential. Our training and support has helped our athletes drop times and improve by inches and repetitions.

MPF Training Systems Combine Program is designed around a 4-5 day per week training regimen. Your “off-days” are spent working on active recovery and mental preparation. Your work days start with soft-tissue work(myofascial release), dynamic warm-up and activation. It continues with speed, strength, conditioning and finishes with flexibility and recovery. The following is our program overview.










Baseline Testing and Evaluation (Mock Combine)

  • 40-Yard Dash, 10-Yard Split, First Step/Stride Technique
  • Pro-Agility, Three Cone Drills Technique broken down into each step

Athlete meal prep is available. Meals are delivered to our facility. Menus are designed around each athlete’s nutritional requirements.
